Come make a mess at my place, not yours!
The Snakebird Studio Space now welcomes you to book by the hour or a half day to drop in and throw on wheels, finish off work, glaze, and handbuild to your heart's content. Please note that this is for potters with some previous experience- if you are not yet self directed, consider booking in to a term course!
Materials cost is factored into the price, so you can use the 'house blend' clay AKA reclaim or BYO.
Equipment available for use:
- two large wooden tables for spreading out
- 3 x tabletop shimpo wheels that can be set up for either seated or standing throwing/trimming
- all trimming and handuilding tools including sponges, rulers, letter stamps
- slab roller
- banding wheel
- customizable house glazes (warm white, matte white and clear) and coloured stain powders and underglazes
The 'Book Now' button will take you to a separate site for appointment booking, where you can select your chosen time to come in, provide your information and make a secure payment.

FIRING SERVICE
Pots can be dropped off for BISQUE or STONEWARE (cone 9-10) firings at $8 per kilo, per firing.
